The monitor in the upper right is how you can operate most everything in the car. The GPS, radio, climate control, and power/fuel consumption can all be handled through this. The lever in the center bottom of the picture is the 'gear shift' but it's always in that position. You flip it to the gear you want and then let it jump back. Yes, the button above it is what you push to put the car into park. The plug for the key fob (if you don't want to use the RFID) is hidden just to the left of the 'gear shifter.'
